Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations the members of the Pagaria Energy Limited at the 34th Annual General Meeting held on 08 August 2025 has approved the appointment of Mr. Arpan Singha Roy as Managing Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 15th July 2025; Mr. Sukumar Sardar as Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 10th May 2025 and Mr Bijay Bhagat as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
