Ather Energy: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations 2015 as amended and the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 1 2026 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2026.
