We hereby inform that in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Reporting of Trading in respect of Securities of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading Widow for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 01 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Final Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30 2020.
Accordingly all Designated Persons (including dependents and immediate relatives as per code) are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
Further the date of the Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30 2020 shall be intimated in due course.
