we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Tuesday September 03 2019 have inter-alia:
1. Approved the re-appointment of Mr. V.C. Janardan Rao as Managing Director of the Company for a further period 3 years w.e.f 01.01.2020 subject to the approval of members.
2. Approved the re-appointment of Mr. V. Pattabhi as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 years w.e.f 30.09.2019 subject to the approval of members.
3. Approved the re-appointment of Mr. B. S. Srinivasan as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 years w.e.f 30.09.2019 subject to the approval of members.
4. Approved the notice of calling of 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Monday September 30 2019.
5. Approved the closure of Register of Members and Share transfer Books from 24th September 2019 to 30th September 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company and the payment of Dividend.
