The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24th September 2020 to 29th September 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday the 29th September 2020 at 1130 hours IST through video conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
