Pursuant to Reg 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations this is to inform you that the Board at their meeting held today i.e. Dec 09 2025 has inter alia considered the following: 1. The resignation of Mr. Sachin Sharma (DIN: 05281526) from the position of Managing Director and Director2. The resignation of Mr. Anil Kumar Behl (DIN: 00697588) from the position of Independent Director 3. Based on the recommendation of NRC the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Behl (DIN: 00697588) as an Additional Director and Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect i.e. December 09 2025 4. Authorization to KMPs of the Company w.e.f. December 09 2025 for determining material events/ information and intimating details to the stock exchange(s) under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations as Annexure D.
