Nelcast Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on August 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 28, 2014 to August 07, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
