This is to Inform to the Stock Exchange that the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Resolution Professional all Directors Key Managerial Persons Designated Persons and Connected Persons of the Company with effect from 1st October 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2021.
The date of Meeting of the Resolution Professional of the Company for review and approval of the financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2021 will be intimated in due course.
