We enclose herewith copy of certificate received from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company under above Regulations certifying the following:-
1. The securities comprised in the certificate(s) of security dematerialized have been listed on stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
2. After due verification immediately mutilated and cancelled the certificate(s) of security received for dematerialization. Further in our records the name of the Depository has been substituted as the registered owner.
Kindly find the same in order and acknowledge the receipt.
