We would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 10th November 2022 inter-alia to consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-2023. The Company has fixed Friday the 25th November 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares if declared by the Board.
