Todays Writing Instruments Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities shall remain closed from February 06, 2016 till 48 hours after the financial results are made public on February 13, 2016.
