NOTICE is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Alka India Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 13th February, 2018 at the Registered office of the company to transact the following business:-
1. To consider, approve and take on record Un-Audited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017.
2. Any other item may be taken up for consideration with the permission of the Chair.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, including their relatives from 9th February, 2018 and will be open on 16th February, 2018 i,e, 48 hours after the declaration of Un- Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017.
