As per Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 & Rules notified thereunder and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 it is hereby notified that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of Innovative Tech Pack Limited will remain closed from Friday the 24th September 2021 to Thursday the 30th September 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Please note that the e-voting period will starts at 09.00 AM on Monday September 27 2021 and ends at 5.00 PM on Wednesday September 29 2021. During this period shareholders of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form as on the cut-off date i.e. September 23 2021 may cast their vote electronically.
