International Conveyors: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in respect of the equity shares of the Company this is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company in any manner will remain close from April 01 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter & year ended March 31 2026 for all the Directors KMP and other designated persons covered under the Code.
