SPML Infra Ltd. has informed the Stock Exchange that its Subsidiary namely, M/s Bhilwara Jaipur Toll Road Private Limited, wherein SPML Infra Ltd. holds 51% stake with an Investment value of Rs.52.85 Crores has served a Notice of Termination of the Concessation Agreement with the State Govt. of Rajasthan.
