Shree Pacetronix: Disclosure Under Regulation 29(2) Of The SEBI (Substantial Acquisition Of Shares And Takeovers) Regulations 2011 ("SEBI (SAST) Regulations")

We have received intimation from Mr. Akash Sethi (Acquirer) pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations regarding acquisition of 75150 Equity Share and 225450 warrants representing 7.71% of the fully diluted share capital of the target company post acquisition pursuant to Preferential Allotment.In this regard we are submitting herewith disclosure received from Mr. Akash Sethi pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations.
