Kapil Cotex Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30 2019 inter alia to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended March 31 2019 and to consider recommendation of dividend if any.
The Trading Window under the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 was closed from April 01 2019 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. Accordingly the Trading Window will open on June 02 2019.
