Please take note that in accordance with your letter dated March 05 2019 bearing reference no. LIST/COMP/507205/Reg.33-Dec-18/1136/2018-19 the non-compliance made with respect to late submission of financial results by the Company for the Quarter ended December 31 2018 due to delay in receipt of certain financial details from contract manufacturing units of the Company and penalty levied by the Exchange thereupon were brought to the attention of the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on June 14 2019. The Board took note of the same and advised the management to strengthen the systems of the Company in this regard.
