Further to our intimation dated November 3 2025 regarding the convening of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held today i.e. November 10 2025 to consider and approve inter alia the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30 2025 we wish to inform you that:The said meeting of the Board of Directors was duly held today. However during the course of the meeting the Board decided to adjourn the meeting to November 14 2025 due to certain pending confirmations from the Statutory Auditor and technical difficulties being faced in generation of the UDIN on the ICAI portal for issue of Limited Review ReportAccordingly the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results has been deferred to the adjourned date.
