The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended Sept 30, 2018 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 6, 2018 till November 16, 2018 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on November 14, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 6, 2018 till November 16, 2018 (both days inclusive).
