This is to inform you that in terms of de-registration notice issued by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission Republic of South Africa on 9th February 2022 Cipla Biotec South Africa (Pty) Limited (Cipla Biotec SA) wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company has been de-registered with effect from 3rd February 2022. Cipla Biotec SA was a dormant entity and this de-registration will not affect performance or revenue of the Company.
