Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110 005 and Board have considered & approved the matter to avail Loan Facility From Punjab & Sind Bank, Corporate Finance Branch, Connaught Place, New Delhi for meeting the Companys requirements.
The said Meeting was commenced at 5:30 p.m. and concluded at 6:15 p.m.
