1. On receipt of Share Application Money and Call Money aggregating to Rs. 93,73,03,150/- (Rupees Ninety Three Crores Seventy Three Lakh Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty) and as per request received from Bharati Infratech Projects Private Limited, the Company has Converted 1,18,46,602 Share warrants into Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each and at a share premium of Rs. 69.12 and allotted to Bharati Infratech Projects Private equivalent number of Share.
