Ordinary Business:
1. The audited financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2021 with all annexure and attachment thereto including the reports of Directors and Auditors thereon were considered and approved.
2. The payment of Final Dividend of 10% per share was confirmed and approved.
3. Appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal (DIN: 08680582) as a Director of the Company who retires by rotation.
