NESCO Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 03, 2015, inter alia, has approved:
1. Appointment of Mr. Ashok R. Yadav as the Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Appointment of Mr. Ashok R. Yadav as Compliance Officer, under clause 47 of the Listing Agreements. in place of Mr. Dipesh R. Singhania w.e.f. August 03, 2015.
