This is to inform that Firstsource Group USA, Inc. (FG US) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had availed US$ 135 million term loan in May 2015 with final maturity of 31st March 2018 repayable in 12 installments.
We are pleased to inform you that FG US has successfully made the payment for last installment of US$ 11.30 million on its outstanding debt on 29th March 2018. With the repayment of this FINAL installment, the aforementioned term loan is repaid in full.
