Jayabharat Credit: Compliances-Certificate under Reg. 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018

In accordance with reg 74(5) of SEBi DP Regulations 2018 we have received a certificate from RTA and confirm that within a prescibed time the securities received for dematerialization have been listed on stock exchange and mutilated and cancelled after due verification and name of depository has been substituted in the record.
