ADC India Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 06, 2013 :
1. Mr. Sanjay Handu, Managing Director has tendered his resignation from the membership of the Board of Directors. Consequently he has ceased to be the Managing Director of the Company effective from September 06, 2013.
2. Mr. S. Viswanath has tendered his resignation from the membership of the Board of Directors to be effective from September 06, 2013.
3. Mr. J. N. Mylaraiah has joined the Board of Directors as a Nominee Director of M/s. Tyco Electronics AMP GmbH from September 06, 2013. He has also been appointed as the Managing Director of the Company in place of Mr. Sanjay Handu effective from September 06, 2013.
