With reference to the earlier latter dated January 30, 2017, regarding 'Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window', JD Orgochem Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017, has been postponed to February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2016.
Further, the Trading Window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, 2015 will be closed from January 31, 2017 and will continue to remain closed till February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
