OCL Iron and Steel: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

With reference to the captioned matter this is to inform you that the 22nd (Twenty-Second) Meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of OCL Iron and Steel Limited (Corporate Debtor) was successfully convened on Wednesday 22nd February 2023 wherein the matters pertaining to the updates on the corpus contribution from the CoC members and the agenda for filing an Appeal before the Honble NCLAT challenging the order passed by the Honble NCLT Cuttack Bench on the application filed against Ministry of Coal in respect of a coal mine of the Corporate Debtor were discussed by the Committee of Creditors.
