This is to inform you that the 25th meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of M/s. Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited was held on Friday 9th April 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in accordance with Regulation 24 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016. At the said meeting the Resolution Professional had taken note of the Revised Financial Proposals / Resolution Plans received from the Resolution Applicants.
