Best Eastern Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2013, has decided to declare an interim dividend @ 15% (Rs. 0.30 per share) on Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each and @ 12% (Rs.1.20 per share) on Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the current financial year 2012 - 2013.
