KILBURN ENGINEERING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/06/2020 inter alia to consider and approve meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 26th June 2020 inter alia
i. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for Financial Year 2019 - 20 and quarter ended 31st March 2020.
ii. To recommend dividend for F.Y. 2019-20 ( if any )
iii. Any other matter with the permission of Chair.

With reference to the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders ( Code of Conduct for Insider Trading ) set by the Company pursuant to the SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for insiders shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial results.
