It is hereby informed that Board of Directors of the Company has today (i.e. on 4th April 2026) approved setting up of an Integrated Cement Plant having Clinker capacity of 0.95 MTPA and Cement capacity of 0.99 MTPA at Village Daistong East Jaintia Hills District in the state of Meghalaya.
