Agro Tech Foods Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Javier Eduardo Alarcon Ruiz has been appointed by the Board as a Director in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Patrick Douglas Linehan at its Meeting held on April 24, 2013.
Mr. Javier Eduardo Alarcon Ruiz has also been inducted as a member of the Audit and the Remuneration & Nominations Committee.
