Broach Lifecare Hospital: Closure of Trading Window

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all designated persons including Directors and promoters designated employees and their immediate relatives from April 01 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone audited financial results for half year and financial year ending on March 31 2026. Accordingly all designated persons designed employees and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. This trading window closure notice operates independently and does not intend to amend alter modify curtail or extend any other notice on closure of trading window if any for any other purpose whether currently in effect or to be issued during the validity of this notice.
