This is with reference to our intimation dated May 20 2019 regarding re-appointment of Independent Directors for a period of five years with effect from September 4 2019 (i.e. from September 4 2019 to September 3 2024).
In continuation of the said intimation and in compliance with the circular No. NSE/CML/2018/02 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited and circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 issued by BSE Limited (both circulars dated June 20 2018) we wish to confirm that Mr. S. M. Thakore Mr. P. G. Pawar Mrs. Lalita Gupte Mr. P. H. Ravikumar and Mr. Vimal Bhandari have not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order issued by SEBI or any other Authority.
