We hereby informed the Stock Exchanges that the Company has received a letter from Mrs. Nishtha Harivanshi Pamnani informing about her Resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with the closing of business hours of 4th February 2023. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from her responsibilities w.e.f. 4th February 2023. Her successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.Kindly take note of the same and update the same in your records.
