Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2014, has considered and approved the following:

- The Board noted the Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to Section 2(51) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Key Managerial Personnel of the Company are as follows:-

(i) Mr. Rajesh Patil - Whole Time Director designated as Chairman and Managing Director
(ii) Mr. Naresh Patil - Whole Time Director designated as Vice Chairman
(iii) Mr. Milind Kolte - Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director
(iv) Mrs. Sunita Kolte - Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director
(v) Mrs. Vandana Patil- Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director
(vi) Mr. Sujay Kalele - Chief Executive Officer
