VAS INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/07/2020 inter alia to consider and approve Further to our letter dated June 29 2020 we regret to inform you that our Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday July 9 2020 stands adjourned on account of non availability of quorum - Covid 19 - Coronavirus and now new date of Meeting will be held on Tuesday the 14th July 2020.However the same meeting i.e. Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Tuesday 14th July 2020 and our Agendas remains unchanged as per our letter dated June 29 2020.We feel very sorry for the inconvenience caused for the above matter.
