As per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders the Trading Window for carrying out transacting in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 3rd April 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March 2019.
The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March 2019 shall be intimated in due course of time.
