We hereby inform that in the 56th Annual General Meeting held on 15th December 2020 M/s. Sridhar & Co. (ICAI Firm Registration No. 003978S) Thiruvananthapuram has been appointed as Statutory auditor of the company with effect from the conclusion of 56th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 61st Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2025. It may also be noted that they were appointed in the 55th AGM of the Company held on 31st August 2019 in casual vacancy as Statutory Auditor of the company pursuant to the provisions of Section 139 (8) of the Companies Act 2013 for the audit of accounts of the company for the financial year 2019-20.
