The Company, in accordance with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016, would be availing extension of 1 (one) month and submit the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 on or before September 14, 2017.
Further, in pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company shall also submit the quarterly Consolidated Financial Results along with the quarterly Standalone Financial Results during the financial year 2017-18.
