In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that the board in their 17/2023-24 Meeting held at the Registered Office of the Company commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 5:00 P.M. . inter-alia considered and approved the following matters: 1. Conversion of Partly Paid-up equity shares into fully paid -up equity shares.2. Issuance of reminder cum Forfeiture Notice to the holders of remaining Partly Paid-up Shares.
