Company at its meeting held on Friday November 14 2025 (i.e. today) inter-alia considered and approved the following: 1. The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 along with the Limited Review Report issued by V. Singhi & Associates Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company in accordance with the Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations; 2. Appointment of Ms. Anisha Dad as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from November 14 2025 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee; and3. Appointment of Mr. Jay Ahire as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from November 14 2025 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
