that the Company has fixed Friday September 18 2020 as the cut-off date for the purpose of 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday 25th September
2020.
The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday September 19 2020 to Friday September 25 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM).
