We wish to inform that Board meeting of the company held today i.e. 5 November, 2018, the Board of Directors approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on 30 September, 2018.
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the following, duly signed:-
