Kiran Vyapar: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

This is to inform you that the Company has executed a Share Subscription Agreement ("SSA") dated 9th February 2026 inter alia amongst the Company other investors and Greshma Finvest Private Limited ("GFPL"). Under the SSA the Company has agreed to acquire 0.681% (zero point six eight one percent) of the paid-up equity share capital in a private limited company incorporated in India for a total consideration (i.e. towards acquisition) not exceeding INR 2 43 84 139 (Indian Rupees Two Crores Forty Three Lakhs Eighty Four Thousand One Hundred Thirty Nine Only) by way of subscription subject to completion of customary conditions mentioned in the Share Subscription Agreement dated February 9 2026 inter alia between the Company other investors and GFPL.
