As per clarification issued on April 2 2019 by BSE Limited ("BSE") vide no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 the trading restriction period for dealing in securities of the Company is required to commence not later than end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
Thus the trading window for dealing in securities of the Shree Krishna Infrastructure Limited ("SKIFL") will be closed for "Designated Persons" as defined in the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of SKIFL with immediate effect till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2019.
