Bacil Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the major records including Statutory Records and Registers have been destroyed due to termite attack in a wooden cupboard kept at the Registered Office of the Company and as the said record can not be reconstituted and are beyond recognition the Company has no option but to throw out the chomped off records.
